Can I still be pregnant?

I have taking 4 home pregnancy tests (2 savers own and 2 clear blue digital) and there all came out that I was pregnant. I started bleeding lighter than a period so I went to a&e and all they could was take a other test as I was to early to have a scan and that test came out positive. The bleeding stopped after 3 days. I went to my GP yesterday and she says it could a show and sent a urine sample off and said she will ring today but never. So I have did a another clear blue digital at 7pm and came out negative. Can I still be pregnant?
