Problem with XP Security 2012?

Recently i had this on my desktop dell and I thought I successfully got rid of it when I downloaded Malware Bytes but I uninstalled it because it was messing up my computer when i didn't delete the processes as soon as possible. Now its on my computer again and I canlt open any files or go onto internet browsers. I also tried to reinstall Mbam but it doesn't allow me. On the taskmanager anything I open just shows up as Ikx.exe. This really pisses me off. I am on my phone right now by the way if you are wondering how i made this question.
