Things to buy for 2 under 2 babies?

I'm going to be having another baby, making my children 18 months apart. I don't want to go crazy buying stuff we don't need for the new baby. What are some essential life-savers for those of you who had 2 under the age of 2? I just want to buy what we will really need and use all the time. Thanks.
