I need suggestions for a 13 year old girl's birthday party?

So I am about to turn 13, and I need suggestions for a party. I love anything to do with hair and nails...I am very girly. I am wanting to do a spa type thing, but I don't think that my parents want to spend that much. We have plenty of money, we are just savers. I need suggestions soon, please! I really want to go to the spa, but like I don't know any reasonable priced spas around. Thanks!!
