When does the 2011-2012 basketball season start?

The NBA Lockout will begin this week, so The Season will begin when The NBA Owners and The NBA Players agree on a New Collective Bargaining Agreement. From what I heard on Sportscenter yesterday, 22 out of the 30 teams lost money last year. The Owners are spending too much money and they are going to reduce players salaries by $700,000,000 a year. I'll know when The Season Starts when I see and hear an announcement from Commisioner David Stern.
