How to stop random sties from popping up in tabs?

a few weeks ago these two sites started popping up in 2 tabs on google chrome. i ran searchbot and walware bytes, found about 20 problems and fixed them but those sites still pop up. so i went into my recycle bin and found a download for one of the sites i deleted it completely, yet they still pop up. please help this is very frustrating as they seem to pop up. at the most important moments of omgpop :(
