Won backstage pass but never recevied?

So I won backastage passes to a concert on saturday and they told me to wait next to the backstage entrance and the Bands manager would meet me there between 7-8pm to give me the passes... Well that never happened and I xontacted the promoting Agency to tell them about the issue and they had no Idea that it happened. So the lady who helped me gave me the band managers phone# and direct email that they used to contact him and I sent him an email last night and havent gotten a response. Should I wait longer? Should and can I take legal action? I mean it was announced on theire website and FB page that I won and its still there. They do have twitter but im not sure if I should even bash them on twitter about the situation... HELP!
