Dell Vostro 1510 Laptop video card?

I've had this laptop for about 3 years now and it has been great for playing games and just overall use. I replaced the hard drive a few months ago and I reinstalled a bunch of games and such but now I keep getting the message that my laptop doesnt meet the requirements to play the game. I've gone on websites like canyourunit.com and it says i have 0 bytes from my video card. I cant even play games that are almost 10 years old like comand and conquer. Is it just time for a new laptop or is there just a malfunction with the video card?
