Its 2011, How much longer will it take for Kingdom Hearts 3 to finally be announced at least?

Will that be the next project after Final Fantasy 13-2? Since so much time has gone by do you think they will just reboot the franchise or make a true sequel? This question is for the next console game. I wish I can play the handhelds, but never had a chance to (PSPs are still too expensive for a handheld).
