yes i definitely think that means something. he's probably crushing on you and trying to get your attention without it being too obvious that he likes you. he's most likely waiting for you to return the favor, like to act the way that he is acting so that he knows that you like him too. so if you like this kid, i recommend you act like he is. don't be too obvious that you like him. don't be too touchy/feely an emotional. just treat him like a friend but be a little more flirty.
