Would you consider this cheating and why?

Thanks for all the advice you guys. So would you consider this cheating(yes this is my situation): we've been going out for a week and the sixth day he announced on facebook that he still loved his ex and that he thinks he should let her go but he loves her so much. On the seventh day ( today) he has a new girl which was announced on facebook again! Now the six days we were going out I was in Florida for vacation so we really didn't talk much which prolly gave him the idea that we werent together but we never broken up and now he has a girl.
