I can't get rid of Galileo System Cleaner...help?

So apparently I have this virus thing called Galileo System cleaner and my anti-virus protection didn't get rid of it and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I tried the malware bytes but it won't let me on the internet to do so. I've tried removing it and it doesn't go away.
