Quick program question. Take a look. I have question.?

I have advanced system care along with malware bytes anti malware on my computer. I was thinking about deleting these files because I dont need them and dont use them often so I figured I will delete them then. But then I thought about the stuff that they have removed like malware or what ever else they have fixed. If I delete these programs will they put the stuff they got rid of back on my computer. Like will advanced system care put back all the registry errors that they fixed or will malware bytes anti malware put back all the malware they removed or fixed If I delete the program. I was thinking maybe the program made a file that fixed all the stuff but If I delete the programs then that file will be missing then all the bad stuff might come back. I really wanna know the answer to this from a person who really knows the answer because I dont wanna delete the programs If they will put the bad crap back on my computer. Well If I delete the programs will they put the stuff they fixed back on my computer then I will have a Infected computer or how will this work thanks for looking.
