If I were to be commissioned right now as an officer into the Marines, what would my chances of Afghanistan be?

Enlisted tend to have a higher chance, but truly both are about equal for being deployed. I know the Marines used to be manditory that you had 3 6-month tours of Iraq, but now that there is the withdraw that is going down. Honestly, your chances of being shipped of Afghanistan are very low. Very few people are being sent there. Now, i'm not saying you won't get sent there, i'm just saying its unlikely.
