Tried to sign up to paypal but details are in use?

If it says your details are in use you may have messed up on entering the information or if your married your spouse could have set up an account in your name otherwise I would suggest you contact paypal and tell them someone set up an account in your name PS it could also be a website glitch so either way emailing them would help to clear up the matter
